Grassroots Leadership College Internship Opportunities
The Grassroots Leadership College, a community based leadership development program, is seeking interns to work approximately 10-20 hours per week in the areas listed below. The GLC works with potential interns to shape internships to fit the needs of the student as well as the organization.
Each intern will work under the supervision of the Executive Director. Each intern will also work directly with other volunteers and staff. He or she will work out of the Grassroots Leadership College office, 1321 E. Mifflin St. (cooperative daycare available on site).
We are looking for people who believe in neighborhoods and local community. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making local democracy work for everyone with skills in many areas who are able to juggle multiple projects, and who genuinely enjoy working with a diverse group of people.
