Sustainable Leadership Model

The Sustainable Leadership Model is based on the belief that everyone is a learner, everyone is a teacher, and everyone is a leader. GLC programs utilize this model in which we learn together, teach one another, and act as leaders to improve the quality of life in our communities.

        Learning about and doing each of these aspects of sustained leadership is interrelated. Effectiveness increases as they go together.
