The Grassroots Leadership College (GLC) provides a wide variety of programming to help build and hone the skill set of our developing communities' leaders, to address the needs and concerns of our communities, and to help cultivate the idea that people and relationships are our most key resources.

We offer a general semester program, community forums, and workshops, and actively participate in a variety of coalitions and alumni networking.
