Mission:
The Grassroots Leadership College (GLC) supports the development of grassroots leaders by building skills and relationships in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Core Beliefs:

• We believe that creating a collaborative sense that we are all learners, teachers, and leaders increases each individual participant's impact.
• We believe that people of various ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds can forge a sense of community and work together for the greater good.
• We believe that wasting, denying, or ignoring the gifts and energy of any person diminishes our reach toward our highest goals.

The Sustainable Leadership Model is based on our vision that everyone is a learner, teacher, and leader. GLC programs utilize this model in which we learn together, teach one another, and act as leaders to improve the quality of life in our communities.
